What does Chosen CDC do?

Chosen CDC attempts to address the most pressing needs in our community by distributing food and clothing, mentoring and training young people for careers, building community gardens, and working to prevent human trafficking. We also offer classes and host a number of community appreciation events throughout the year. We are always finding new ways to serve our community. If there's a need, we want to help meet it.

What are the eligibility requirements for receiving food?

There are no eligibility requirements. You will only need to provide basic information about your household (number of people, etc.).
